Barbara is a trained performing artist with 20 years of experience on stage but also as a workshop facilitator and a movement teacher. After giving birth to her son she lost connection with her body, mind and soul. Through creative practices & movement she regained access to her inner self. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring others so they can discover their gifts & talents to serve this world through their uniqueness.
